1 lb ground beef
fresh parsley
1 jar Ragu sauce
16 oz cottage cheese
salt
pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
minced garlic
1 tbsp basil
8 lasagna noodles
1 egg
12 oz shredded mozzarella
shredded cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain. Add sauce, garlic, few pinches of parsley, and basil. Simmer 10 minutes. Cook noodles (or use no-boil noodles). Combine cottage cheese, egg, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, and few pinches of parsley. Mix well. Spread some sauce in bottom of lasagna pan, then layer noodles, cottage cheese, and mozzarella. Repeat layers. On last layer, put cottage cheese, then sauce and top with mozzarella and a little cheddar. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 375º.
