1 lb ground chuck
1 head of iceberg lettuce chopped
diced tomato
grated cheddar cheese
diced jalapeno peppers
torilla chips
1 bottle Catalina dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground chuck and drain. Mix lettuce, tomato, cheese, and jalapeno. Add ground chuck and mix. Break up some chips and add to mixture. Add Catalina dressing and mix well. May need more chips, if desired.
