1 large pone of cornbread
1 large chopped onion
1 large chopped bell pepper
Chopped celery
Chicken broth
5 eggs
Salt and pepper
Poultry seasoning-optional
Celery salt-optional
Sage to taste- 2 tbsp for large pan

Chop celery, onion, and bell pepper. Saute in margarine until tender. Crumble cornbread. (Sometimes I add cooked rice and/or crumbled crackers to cornbread) Add vegetables to cornbread mixture. Add eggs and chicken broth to cornbread mixture until soupy. Add salt, pepper, celery salt, poultry seasoning, and sage to taste. Pour mixture into baking dish. Bake at 400 for about 40 minutes.
