1 package of loin or regular cut pork chops
1&1/2 c of flour
1 tbsp ground mustard
1 tbsp spoon garlic powder
1/2 tsp of salt and black pepper to taste.
1 can chicken rice soup (I use two) 1 can of water.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour and spices
Dredge pork chops in flour mixture
Brown in a skillet with a little oil
Place in a crock pot
Add chicken rice soup and water.
Cook on high for 4 hours or 6 hours or more on low heat. Serve with additional rice
