6 boards of matzo
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Line a jelly roll pan with aluminum foil and parchment paper-this is sticky and will save you time on clean up later. Place matzo in pan in single layer-breaking to fit if necessary. Toast 5 minutes or until lightly browned.

Reduce heat to 350º

Combine butter, sugar, cinnamon in saucepan - stirring often, bring to boil. Cook 3 minutes stirring constantly. Pour over matzo

Bake 10 minutes until bubbly. Remove from oven
Sprinkle chocolates evenly over top. Cool in refrigerator 30 minutes to harden chocolate bits.
Break into pieces for serving.
