1-1 1/2 lbs of ground beef
1 can of tomato soup
1 tsp sage
1 tsp thyme
2 eggs
2 Tbsp ketchup
1/4 cup water
1 onion finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic
1 cup bread crumbs (Premium Plus Crackers work well)

In mixing bowl combine all ingredients leaving 1/2 the can of tomato soup and ketchup out. Preheat oven to 350. Place mixture in loaf pan and cook for 1 hour then combine the remaining tomato soup with the ketchup and spread over the meat loaf. Cook for another 1/2 hour. Enjoy!
