1 box large pasta shells
1-1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 pkg cream cheese
1 lg jar Prego pasta sauce
1 tsp onion powder
2 Tbsp Italian spice mix (to taste)
1 clove garlic or 1 tsp garlic powder
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, drained

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan brown ground beef. As it is browning, add garlic, onion, and Italian spice mix. While beef is browning, cook shells following directions on package. Mix browned ground beef with cream cheese and spinach. Spoon into cooked pasta shells and place into casserole dish. (Should fill two large casserole dishes.) Preheat oven to 300º. Place casseroles in oven and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the edges of the shells are golden brown and crispy. Meanwhile pour pasta sauce into large sauce pan and heat on low until it comes to a low boil. Feel free to add more spices.
