1 lb. sea scallops
1 lb. bacon (use extra good quality)
lemon pepper seasoning
2 Tbsp. olive oil
lemon juice
brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix olive oil, lemon juice and lemon pepper seasoning in a small bowl. Pour over the scallops and marinate. Precook bacon until slightly done (should still be limp). Wrap scallops in bacon. Fasten with toothpick. Broil, turning once, for about 5-7 minutes or until bacon is crisp. For extra flavor, sprinkle with brown sugar while cooking.
