1 loaf thinly sliced white bread
1 English cucumber (seedless), sliced & then halved
fresh dill
butter, softened
wasabi mayonnaise, Trader Joe's is great

Directions:
Directions:
Working with 2 slices of bread at a time, cut away all crusts. Keep pairs of bread slices together throughout process for neatest sandwiches. Butter one slice of bread & spread wasabi mayo on the other slice. Put the two slices together and cut into three fingers.
Place halved cucumber slices on buttered bread; top with sprig of dill and cover with bread slice that has been coated with mayo. Repeat.
