1 package of chicken Ramen noodles
1 package of coleslaw mix
1 cup of slivered almonds
1/2 cup vegetable (or your preference) oil
3 T vinegar
2 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
For the dressing:
Combine the sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper, and the chicken seasoning packet from the ramen noodles. Mix thoroughly.

For the salad:
Crush the uncooked Ramen noodles. Toast with the almonds under a broiler until golden brown.
Combine coleslaw mix, noodles, almonds and dressing and toss lightly. Enjoy!
