1 lb hamburger meat
1Onion chopped
2 carrots chopped or sliced
Cook together until onions, carrots, and meat are done.
Can also add frozen peas.
Cook 5-6 large potatoes and make mashed potatoes using butter and sour cream.
Drain meat and put in casserole
2 TBL butter – melted
2 TBL flour blended with butter to make gravy
1-cup beef broth - add to butter and flour
1-2 TBL Worchester sauce.
Add the above to meat mixture and top with mashed potatoes.
