21 lb. beef, chuck roasts, uncooked
15 lb. potatoes, chopped
5 lb. onions, chopped
10 cans beef broth
2 gal. whole kernel corn
4 lg. cans tomatoes, crushed
6 lg. cans petite tomatoes
2 cans Ro-Tel
1 lg. bottle V-8 juice
1 lg. can tomato juice
2 tall jars Mexene Chili Powder
2 sticks butter
salt and pepper
spices of your choice

Combine all ingredients. Simmer over a campfire until done.
