1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can Coco Lopez cream of coconut
1 cup coconut, divided
(found in liquor dept of store)
1 8 oz. Cool Whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake per directions on package in a 9x13 glass pan. While cake is still warm, poke holes in top of cake. Mix Coco Lopez and sweetened condensed milk together and pour over cake. Next spread the well drained pineapple over cake. In a separate bowl, fold Cool Whip and ½ cup coconut together. Spread this on the cake. Sprinkle the other ½ cup coconut over cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve and refrigerate any leftovers.
