Sesame Dip:

¼ cup sesame seeds
½ cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp dark soy sauce
½ cup strained plain or thick and creamy yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
To make the dip, heat a dry skillet over moderate heat. Add the sesame seeds and toast, stirring until they are popping and lightly browned. Transfer to a bowl and let cool completely. Combine the sesame seeds with yogurt, mayo and soy sauce and mix very thoroughly. Transfer to a dipping bowl. Arrange the vegetables of your choice on a platter, in individual clusters and serve with the sesame dip. This dip recipe is responsible for at least half of the veggie consumption in my house! Veggie Idieas: Boiled baby new potatoes, blanched asparagus spears, Belgian endive leaves, trimmed radishes, raw sugar snap peas, celery stalks, baby carrots, bite sized broccoli florets, bites sized cauliflower florets. Sliced fennel.
