2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
3 slices bread
1 medium onion
1 lb extra lean ground beef (from your local rancher)


1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp mustard

Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add milk, salt and pepper and crumbled bread. Mix until bread disintegrates. Add chopped onion, cheese and beef. Mix well. Place in large bread loaf tin. In measuring cup, combine brown sugar, ketchup and mustard. Mix and spread on top of loaf. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Ok, I know, this is rancher's food; but really, this is good meatloaf!
