1 (5 lb) bag of small red potatoes
1 stick of butter
1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
1/3 c. water
1 T. Cajun seasoning
2-3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up enough unpeeled potatoes to fill a 9x13 baking dish. In saucepan, melt butter and stir in onion soup mix, water, and Cajun seasoning. Pour over potatoes. Cover and bake @ 400º for 45 min. or 350º for 1 hour. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Heat until cheese melts.
