1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
2 c milk
1/3 c oil

Preheat your skillet between 275º and 300º

In a bowl mix dry ingredients set aside. In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients, add the dry and mix until just combined, batter will be lumpy.

Lightly oil skillet or grill to prevent sticking. Turn when edges are just getting dry and the surface is bubbly.

Apple Cinnimon

Replace oil with unsweetened applesauce.
Add 1 1/2 tsp of cinnimon.

Easy to turn into whole wheat, simply replace white flour with whole wheat, makes them incredibly healthy.
