1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 onion, diced
4 potatoes, peeled and diced
2 carrots, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
1 cup corn kernels, frozen
1/4 cup flour
4 cups chicken stock
2 cups heavy cream or milk
2 cups ham, cooked and diced
1 Tbsp parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Saute veggies until tender. Add flour and stir into a paste. Add the stock and cream or milk. Simmer 20 minutes. Add ham and simmer 5 more minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
