3/4 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
few grinds black pepper
1 tsp. garlic, minced
2 tbsp. onion (prefer red), finely chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. (2 oz.) bleu cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped

Combine mayonnaise and sour cream and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Chill for 3 hours or longer.
