1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup diced potatoes
1 cup sliced celery
2 cans (16oz) whole tomatoes
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp thyme
2 Tbsp beef bouillon
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced carrots
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can (7 oz) kernel corn
1 can small peas
1 can green beans

Brown beef and onion in large pot. Drain fat. Add uncooked veggies, tomatoes, seasoning, bouillon and 5 cups water. Simmer thirty minutes. Add 'undrained' canned vegetables. (You can use frozen instead of canned if preferred.) Simmer 10 minutes. Freezes very well
