Ingredients:  
Mix 1 slightly beaten egg white with 1 tsp water; toss w 2 cups nuts (peanuts, almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.)
Combine 3/4 c sugar, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 T pumpkin pie spice. (pumpkin pie spice = cinnamon, allspice, ginger, nutmeg)

Directions:

Toss spices with nuts. Spread in single layer on greased sheet.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 300º.
