Salad:

1 bunch of spinach or romaine lettuce
1/3 cup sliced almonds
2 cups firm strawberries sliced or mandarin oranges or sliced green apple



Dressing:

1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 cup cider vinegar
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
3 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp poppy seeds
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 green onion minced

Directions:
Directions:
Trim, wash and dry spinach/lettuce. Tear into bite sized pieces. Roast almonds in 350º oven till golden. Place sesame seeds in an ungreased skillet. Stir over medium heat until lightly browned. Combine sesame seeds, vinegar, oil, sugar, poppy seeds, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and green onion in a separate container. Mix well. Just before serving pour dressing over spinach/lettuce and toss well to coat. Add strawberries and almonds and toss lightly.
