3-4 lb. Rump Roast 1 packet Au Jus 1 packet Good Seasons Zesty Italian Salad Dressing 2 cans Beef Broth
Swiss cheese slices
French bread loaves, baguette bread or hard rolls
Put roast in crock pot, sprinkle with dry packets of au jus and Italian Dressing. Pour beef broth over. Cook until meat is tender. Slice thinly and layer on bread, May add slices of swiss cheese. Warm in oven and serve with the juice that the roast cooked in.
