1 Dozen Eggs
2 slices of bread (crumbled/torn up)
2 cups milk
1 cup cheddar cheese
onion, green pepper, mushrooms (optional)
diced/cubed ham or browned sausage

Beat eggs, add rest of ingredients, Put in greased 9x13 in. baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 min.
