1 lb bacon, diced
1 lb hamburger, browned and drained
1 C diced green pepper
1 C diced onion
2 16 oz pork and beans
2 16 oz lima beans, drained
2 16 oz light kidney beans, drained
2 C ketchup
1 1/2 C packed brown sugar
2 tsp mustard
1 tsp salt
4 tsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown bacon and remove grease.
Add hamburger, pepper, and onion.
Mix beans, ketchup, sugar, mustard, salt and vinegar together.
Add browned items.
Bake covered at 350º for 1 hour and 15 min.
Best if made 1 day early, then all grease can then be skimmed off.
