4 C pecans
1 egg white
1/2 C brown sugar
dash vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white until stiff.
Add brown sugar and vanilla.
Fold in pecans until evenly coated.

Put wax paper on cookie sheet and spray with Pam.
Place coated pecans in single layer (best when separated).
Bake at 275º for 10 minutes, stir and bake for 10 minutes more.
