2-8oz Fuji apples, peeled, cored, diced
1-8 oz. Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, diced
1/2 cup very coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in processor. Using on/off turns, chop finely (do not puree). Transfer salsa to bowl. Season with salt and pepper. May be made a day ahead. Cover and chill. Drain off excess liquid, if desired.
