2 T. Oil
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c.sesame seeds
1 head of cabbage
8 green onions
2 pkgs. Top Ramen
2-3 Boneless skinless chicken breasts


1/3 c. seasoned OR plain rice vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil


1. Brown the sliced almonds and sesame seeds in oil.
2. Thinly slice cabbage.
3. Finely chop green onions.
4. Break up both packages of Ramen Noodles. (Do not use seasoning packets)
5. Shred the chicken breasts.
6. Combine ingredients from steps 1 - 5 15 minutes before serving.


1. Dissolve sugar in vinegar.
2 Adding remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Pour dressing over salad and toss when ready to serve.
