1c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 c. oil
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
2 or 3 jalapeño peppers (chopped)
1 c onions (chopped)
1 lb chopped crawfish

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients as listed into large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Pour into lightly greased 9x9 pan. Bake 350º for 30 min. Double for 9x13 pan.
