2/3 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans (chopped)
3-4 fresh mountain apples (cored, peeled, and chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in chopped apples and pecans. Bake in a 9x13, lightly greased, dish. Bake @ 350º, 30 to 40 min. (Brownies are light brown when done.) Cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
