3/4 c. warm water
1/2 package (1 tsp) active dry yeast
1 1/2 c. whole wheat or all purpose flour
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar

1 small can pizza sauce
1 or 2 tomatoes (sliced)
Fresh basil leaves
Baby spinach leaves
Feta cheese (crumbled)
Black olives (sliced)

For the dough, combine the water and active dry yeast, let sit for 5 minutes. Add the flour, olive oil, salt and sugar. Mix by hand, knead for 10 minutes until dough is smooth and still slightly sticky. Place the dough in a second bowl lightly coated in olive oil. Cover with a clean towel and set aside in a warm spot for one hour. When ready to make the pizza, lightly dust the pizza stone or baking sheet with cornmeal. Spread dough over the stone / pan, brush with olive oil and bake at 475 for 8 to 10 minutes. Take the dough out, let cool slightly. Cover with the ingredients, and bake for another 10 to 12 minutes at 475, and it is ready to eat.
