4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp dry mustard
1 pkg gelatin
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well. Add sugar, mustard, vinegar, salt. Soak gelatin in hot water. Add to egg mixture in top of double boiler. Cook until thickened to consistency of heavy cream, stirring constantly. Cool. Add cream (whipped.) Pour into ring mold. Refrigerate until set.
