1 Boston butt (either bone in or not)
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 T barbecue seasoning/rub (your choice)
Barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar and barbecue seasoning/rub in a bowl. Rub all over the meat and place in a ziplock bag in the refrigerator over night.

Preheat oven to 325 º. Place pork on a foil lined pan and cook for about 45 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 225º, wrap meat tightly in foil and cook for an additional 3-4 hours. (internal temp should reach 170º)
Shred the meat with two forks and season with desired amount of barbecue sauce. Enjoy!
