1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cold coffee
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients well in another. Add the wet to the dry and stir until blended. Fold in chips. Grease & flour a 9x13 pan. Pour in batter and bake about 25 minutes.

You can top this with powdered sugar or frosting, but it doesn't really need it. It won't last long.
