1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup boiling H20
2 tablespoon butter
1 tsp vanilla
scant salt
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
mix cornstarch and sugar; add water gradually, stirring constantly. boil for 3 minutes; add milk; bring to boil for 2 minutes. remove from heat, add butter, vanilla and salt. stir until butter is melted, serve hot.
