4 cups dry bread cubes
3 tablespoons chopped onion
1 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
sage to tast
1/2 cup melter butter

Directions:

Hot broth or H2O to moisten. Cook onion til tender in a bit of butter; then combine. Combine bread, onion & seasonings. Add butter and enough liquid to moisten. Toss gently to mix.
