1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
3 Tbsp chopped onion
3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
dash of each of the following:

Worcestershire sauce
Tobasco sauce
paprika
dill weed
garlic

Directions:
Use cream cheese at room temperature. Beat cream cheese and add remaining ingredients. Wrap in plastic wrap and cool. Remove from plastic wrap and roll in some reserved shredded cheese. Serve with crackers. Shrimp or crab can be added to this recipe.
