Ingredients:  
1 stick butter.
1 cup sugar.
3/4 cup flour.
1/4 tsp salt.
2 tsp baking powder.
3/4 cup milk.
1 can of fruit (fruit type optional) drained.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in baking dish. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk together. Spoon batter over melted butter. Spoon contents of canned fruit over batter (do not mix). Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
