Ingredients:  
1 bread cob or damper whichever you prefer
2 250g tubs of philly cheese
1 tub sour cream
1 pkt spring vegetable soup mix
bacon
onion diced
1 pkt frozen spinach
1/2 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
chop your onion and bacon into smallish pieces cook together then add spinach.
Mix together in a bowl philly cheese, sour cream till smooth then add all other ingrediants once all mixed together cut the top off the cob/damper bread pull all the bread out of the middle, fill with the dip mixture you can either heat it in the oven or serve cold.
