1/2 c butter,
1 1/2 c graham cracher crumbs,
1 8 oz. pkg. chopped dates,
1 5 oz jar of apricot baby food (or strain your own home canned or frozen apricots),
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk,
3 1/2 oz flaked coconut,
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts,

Directions:
Directions:
In a 13x9 baking dish, melt butter, sprinkle crumbs evenly over butter. Combine dates with apricots and spoon over crumbs. Pour condensed milk over dates. Top with coconut and nuts, press down gently. Bake at 325º for glass dish , 350º for metal pan, for 30 - 35 min. Cool before serving..
