2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs beaten
1 chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. catsup
1 c. bread crumbs

Filling
4 slices bread cubed
2 stalks celery chopped
2 T melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, onion, ground beef, milk,catsup and bread crumbs. Set aside.
Make bread filling with 4 slices of cubed bread, 2 stalks chopped celery, 2 T melted butter, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients together. Put a layer of 1/2 the meat in greased deep loaf pan (1" thick). Cover with layer of bread filling. Top with final layer of meat mixture. Bake 350º for 1 hr.
