Mix all together and store in a baggy. I use this on chicken, pork, steak as a rub. I place it on the meat
in the morning for cooking at night.

This recipe came from Southern Living. Mervyn's is a restaurant in New Orleans and his wife placed the recipe in the magazine. This adds a bit of zing to any meat and I use it year-round.
