1 c.CiderVinegar
1 c. canola oil
2 T. Splenda
3 T. dijon mustard
2 tsp. salt substitute
3/4 tsp. black pepper
3/4 large onion, cut into chunks
4 Tsp. Poppy Seed

Put everything in a blender. Blend well.

Baby Spinach (enough for 4 side salads) 1 small pkg. toasted pecans
8 cleaned & quartered strawberries

Serve over baby Spinach. Top with quartered strawberries & toasted pecans for garnish.
Drizzle room temp. Dressing over Spinach, strawberries & pecans.
