Ingredients:  
1 (.3 oz.) Packages of Cherry or Cranberry Jell-O (regular or sugar-free)
1 c. Hot Water
½ c. cold water
½ lb. cranberries (Grind in food processor)
3 apples finely chopped
1 large can mandarin oranges drained and chopped roughly
½ c. crushed pineapple drained
¾ c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cold water to gelatin (can use cold juice if you like). Cool mixture. Set aside.
Wash and grind cranberries. Pare and chop apples. Cut oranges into small chunks.
Stir fruit mixture with sugar. Add mixture to slightly thickened gelatin. Pour into mold if you like.
Chill until firm~4 hours.
