4 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts halved
2 Tbsp. Butter
1/4 Cup Flour
3/4 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Chicken Broth
1/3 Cup White Wine
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp. Butter
7 1/2 oz. Can of Crabmeat
3 oz. Can Chopped Mushrooms
1/2 Cup crushed saltine crackers
2 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 Cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
1/2 tsp. Paprika

Pound Chicken to 1/8" Thickness
In Saucepan make white sauce-Melt 3 Tbsp. Butter, blend flour milk broth and wine at same time, cook til thick.
Cook onion in Tbsp. butter.
Stir in crab, mushrooms, crackers, parsley, salt & pepper. Add 2 Tbsp. of White sauce. Top each chicken piece with 1/8 mixture. Roll up chicken. Put chicken in buttered baking dish, seam side down. Pour white sauce over chicken and bake 1 hour at 350º covered. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese and paprika, bake uncovered til melted.
