3 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 cup butter melted
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
2 cups water
1 package strawberry jello
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp tapioca
1 quart sliced fresh or well-drained frozen strawberries
Cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs and butter; reserve 1 cup for topping. Press remaining crumbs in bottom of 13 x 9 inch greased pan. Gradually add 1/2 cup milk to cream cheese. Blend well; add instant pudding and remaining milk and beat 1 minute. Pour over crust.

Bring sugar, water, cornstarch and tapioca to a boil and add 1 package strawberry jello. Cool slightly. Add strawberries and pour over pudding mixture. Cover with cool whip and the remaining crumbs. Chill overnight. Serves 12-15.
