1 pie crust
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 c. pumpkin
1 T. cornstarch
1 shot bourbon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450º for 15 minutes, Reduce heat to 350º and bake another 50 minutes.
