1 pkg refrigerated jumbo crescent rolls
1 pkg (250g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp cumin
salt and freshly ground pepper
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp red onion, chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
12 blue, red or yellow tortilla chips

Preheat oven to 375º. Unroll dough onto pan or baker's stone to within 1/2" of edge. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream with a spoon until smooth. Press garlic into mixture. Add lemon juice. Stir in seasonings. (May substitute 1 Tbsp taco seasoning for spices.) Spread over cooled crust. Dice tomato and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Chop green pepper and onion and sprinkle over pizza. Grate cheddar cheese over top. Break chips into small pieces and sprinkle over cheese. Cut into squares with pizza cutter. 16 servings.
