1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
3 chopped green onions
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 pkg Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 small can sliced water chestnuts
1 pkg chopped, frozen spinach (thaw and squeeze water out)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and chill for 2 hours. Spoon into a hollowed out round bread such as sour dough or pumpernickel. Serve with bread pieces, crackers and vegetables.
