Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef
1 can (16 oz) refried beans
2 tsps dried oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
3/4 tsp garlic powder
12 uncooked lasagna noodles
2 1/2 cups water
2 1/2 cups picante or salsa
2cups (16oz)sour cream
3/4 cup sliced green onion
1 can (2.2 oz) sliced black olives
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
-brown beef with seasonings
- add refried beans
-place 4 noodles in the bottom of greased 13x9x2 in baking pan
-spread half of beef mixture over noodles
-top with 4 more noodles and remaining half of beef mixture
-top with 4 more noodles
-combine water and salsa and pour over all
-cover tightly with foil
-bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until noodles are tender
-combine sour cream, green onions, and olives
-spoon over casserole
-top with cheese
-bake uncovered until cheese is melted....about 5 min
